"Dan's crew were excellent.  The bathroom needed repair prior to painting; he really worked with me.  Next, the  livingroom ceiling needed to be replaced with sheetrock, trim needed to be removed, some furniture needed to be moved..  Everything was completed in a professional manner; plastic was covering a bay window, the entrance between the livingroom and dinningroom; the molding was carefully removed, the sheetrock was installed, taped and painted.  Dan and his crew continued with two coats of paint in the livingroom, up the stairs and landing.  They were awesome.  The bathroom looks great.  He's currently working on another job for me.  And yes, I did use Dan again--I was pleased with everything.  During the first job, I was very sick but his crew took over andwere very professional with everything.

He also mentioned that I will be receiving a 15% senior citizen discount at the end of the project which was very nice of him to mention. After getting a quote, the number I was given was low enough for me to proceed with doing the repairs and refreshing the walls. The gentleman that came out to do the project was also very pleasant and polite. He completed the project to a perfection and made perfect cuts which my last painting company did not do a very good job at. This is a great company that cares about senior citizens and does what they can to those who need it. Chivalry is existent in this company and I wish them many more years of success."

John does great work and has the experience and correct tools to properly sand the new spackle w out getting any drywall dust in the air. - He used a large specialty sanding disc w a shop vac connected to it. Which was a very fast and clean way to get the work done. - Credit should be given to any craftsman who invests in the right equipment for the job. As well as being able to do the drywall repairs AND paint. It's was not easy to find someone to do both. He supplied the paint.
