"[Member Name Removed] and his family were easy to work with, friendly and flexible. A positive experience, thanks and enjoy your new deck!"
"[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you feel the need to vent on a public forum and make outlandish statements about your experience because of my inability to attend to your needs the minute you make an inquiry. Facts are you contacted me 3 times about your issues. The first in middle March about your light and transformer, both were replaced the first week in April. The second in late April about another light, which was again replaced in the beginning of May. Your third point of contact was done just before memorial day weekend, followed up with a phone call by you as to why I could not come over on Memorial Day itself to fix the same light. Your most recent email barrage came this past weekend of which I was away at a wedding in Florida and had plans for prior to any warranty claims communicated by you. As noted by our conversations, I will replace the light. I can not give you a specific date and time as to when this will happen because of prior commitments, deadlines and factors beyond my control such as weather. As noted by our communication, the light will be swapped out around July 4th when my current commitment is scheduled to end. Warranty claims are valued the same as contracts, meaning they are taken in the order of which they are received. As for other false statements about your project expressed by you: 1-I have a picture showing all lights working after your first warranty inquiry 2-If the craftsmanship for the low voltage lights was ineffective and never worked from the beginning like you stated, then why did you wait 7 months to contact me? Why not tell me this when you had me back to do more work/estimates in January? Not to mention this is the first time you've made a complaint about your dryspace. 3-I do not make the lights, TimberTech does - I just install them. I asked that you inquire with them about their warranty program on the light fixture itself. 4-If the workmanship is so bad-as well as communication by me, then why did you have me come back in January to give you estimates on a southern style front porch and pool rail/fence ? Since the quality was embarrassing as you stated in your complaint, one would think you wouldn't offer me a 2nd or 3rd chance at doing work on your property, let alone wait 10months to complain. 5-All ribbons on your deck are covered and wrapped by fascia, as are all my decks. Again I have pictures of your project showing the work is done. The only exposed wood on your project is the beam. Beams are not typically wrapped unless expressed to me by the client prior to finalizing the contract. Some things just don't add up [Member Name Removed]"
