The hard flooring and carpeting teams were also highly efficient, respectful and hard working. Molyneaux has employed individuals who are gifted in their respective areas and the results are beautiful. Even the plumber who was called upon to help with the hard flooring installation in the bathroom went above and beyond what was expected and asked of him. And the proof is in the pudding. After I finished clearing everything out of the room, I had Bob come in and re-plaster the walls and ceiling (ceiling was also covered in the plastic tiles). He did a fantastic job! "Our tile presented unique challenges...the walls and ceiling are covered by a classic and quot;pigmented structural glassand quot; made by PPG back in the 1940s and 1950s. PPG called their version of this glass by the brand name Carrara.
We were very concerned about protecting the original look of the bathroom and Patrick Shannon was more than up to the task.
The entire project was completed without any of the glass tiles being compromised.
In addition, Patrick upgraded much of the bathroom's caulking and grouting.
My wife and I were very impressed and pleased with Patrick's contributions. He was, at all times, professional and competent.
