"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"Great company to deal with. Totally customer focused. My wife was not comfortable with me installing our security system myself, so internet based alarm companies were a no go. "Theo was professional and punctual. The install was a breeze, everything is working wonderful. He installed interior and exterior cameras, automated garage sensor, home security, front door locks and the doorbell camera. Wonderful system."

"They gave us the best rate and the setup was great for ADT system. The installer did have to tell us about other options that would cost more money but he did not pressure us when we declined. We had door, window and motion detectors included. They gave us a week to practice on the new system, but we could call if we were ready to go live sooner which we did. Set up was quick, easy and uneventful. Very nice installer, Phillip Brown. The cost was quoted at a low price, but the bill came from ADT and was much higher. We were told the contract to ADT did not catch up and we will be getting the lower price with a reimbursement for the excess of the first bill. We did the $99 install and are getting a $100 gift card back. 3 year contract is a little annoying but we plan to stay here for a long time."

I bought a deal for 4 hours of electrical work.  They replaced a chandelier (that I simply hated) in my dining room, and replaced an outdoor light near my back door that no longer worked.  They also replaced a burned out bulb on another floodlight in the back of the house that I could not get to without a ladder.  It hadn't worked since I moved into my house last summer, and I had honestly forgot about it, but they noticed and offered!  I appreciated that! 

I also had two ceiling fan/light combos in two bedrooms that did not work off of the room switch.  You had to walk to the middle of the room and pull the chain.  There was no other lights in the rooms.  The switch only controlled the plugs.  This had been driving me crazy since I moved in.  So they rewired both rooms, so that it worked properly.  The switch now controls the light/ceiling fan (only), and the plugs are ALWAYS live.  Seems like such a minor thing, but I am SO happy to have that finally fixed.  They had to climb around up in the attic to get to what they needed, and I know it was warm up there, but they did what they had to do. 

After the first room was done, they told me that my 4 hours was up, and asked if I wanted to proceed with the second room, at the regular hourly rate?  They told me it would probably take about another hour.  So I had them do it.  I appreciated their cost conscientiousness, and letting me know how much longer it would be before I decided.  (By the way, to be clear, two men came, so it really only took two hours initially, but it was four hours of man labor)

They were very professional, cleaned up everything - couldn't even tell that they had been there.  Even took away my old ugly chandelier!   I would definitely recommend!!

"We installed it ourselves. For all the equipment and everything it was $103. The price was very good because my monthly payment was only $49 a month. I like them better and I have heard too many horror stories for another company. Responsiveness, I would have to give them a 100%. I have set the alarm off by opening the door without turning it off and they were right on top of it to call and make sure we were okay. I love it. I feel safe. The quality is good. We own our equipment so when we move it will go with us. We have 9 sensors that came with that plus the other one that will go off when you move around, the motion sensor. I have had no bad problems at all. They are alert and call right away to make sure we are okay. I have the key fob and also it is battery operated if the power goes out. It is wireless and I can program it from my phone."

"Nate did an awesome job of home repairs including one door that had a broken hole which he patched and painted, now looks new! A section of drywall which had lumps in it that Nate said was termite damage. He removed and replaced the section which did have termite damage and also a huge amount of living small ants and eggs. He got matching paint and painted the entire wall. Another drywall hole in my computer room which he patched and painted. My skylights were leaking and Nate repaired and cleaned all of them, the day was so hot but it didn't slow him down. My concrete driveway was dirty and had cracks. He pressure washed it and put caulking in all the cracks. Nate is so excellent at determining how to make damaged areas look like new or a driveway look its very best without having to replace the entire concrete . I can't say just how much I appreciate his good pricing, always on time, always cleaning up worked spaces, ability to determine how to fix things, his honesty and integrity. I recommend him highly and have other things that he will help me with. Thank you, Nate!!!"
