"I was looking for a local plumbing company that would be honest and do the work as quickly as possible. I found them. They were efficient and honest and fair. They ran across a few snags while working on my sewer lines but quickly found a solution. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Reliant gas lines is a natural gas service line repair or replacement company. I handle the buried portion of the service line from curb stop to meter and the buried house line if the meter is far away from the house. \n I do a good job at a fair price, am qualified for both Peoples Gas and Columbia Gas and fully insured. \n As a small owner operator business I can be flexible on scheduling as these types of problems tend to be emergencies. While in business for myself just a short time now I have over 15 years of experience in the natural gas industry involving repair and replacement of gas mains and service lines.

Installing a clawfoot tub with a minimum of 6 inches of clearance from surrounding walls allows ample room for the faucet and pipework, makes cleaning easier, and reduces the chance of moisture being trapped between the tub and the walls. It might need to be closer if the faucet comes directly out of the wall.

A sewage ejector pump is necessary if you have any plumbing fixtures, such as a bathroom, laundry room, or sink, located below the level of your home's main sewer line. Standard plumbing relies on gravity to drain wastewater and solid waste into the municipal sewer system or a septic tank. For fixtures below this level, like those in a basement, gravity cannot move the waste upward. The ejector pump provides the force needed to pump the sewage up to the main line. Without one, wastewater from below-ground fixtures would back up, potentially causing a sewage overflow and flooding. If all of your plumbing is on the main floor or higher, gravity is sufficient and an ejector pump is not needed.

A clawfoot tub's water supply lines and drain pipe are visible above the floor. When the water leaves the bath, it enters the drain pipe, which leads under the floor, before connecting to the main drain pipe leading to the sewer system or septic tank. Some modern clawfoot tubs also feature an overflow hole and pipe to prevent the bath water from spilling out if you overfill it.
