"I have a 100+-year-old greenhouse on my property that was in total disrepair. Several builders refused to do the project because it would be too much work. Mike, not only agreed to do the project but he gave us a reasonable price. He offered his professional opinion on areas of concern and actively listened to our wants. He did what we requested even if it made the project harder for him. He was reliable and even showed up to work in 20-degree weather and pouring rain. The project did not go as quickly as he had planned due to supply chain issues but it still was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased with the completed project. Repairs were: new roof on garage and shed attached to greenhouse, new shelving inside, new plexiglass and wood frame for greenhouse with custom ventilation, upgraded electric, and plumbing, new doors including custom garage door, cinder block wall repair, removal of old heater. "CMP was responsive, easy to work with, and at a fair price.  My driveway is approximately 1200 sq feet and had drainage issues.  They removed the old driveway and installed the new driveway along with a drain system to ensure drainage to the street.  In addition they power washed my steps and front bricks and painted the railing.  Overall the front of my house went through an overhaul and looks a thousand times cleaner and more attractive.  CMP was easy to work with and responsive.  I found it easy to communicate with them via email.  They were responsive and found the time to get the work done despite poor weather.  I would definitely work with CMP in the future."

On Monday Chuck and the foreman came to start work on the kitchen floor. I was told I needed more tiles so I went and purchased them. When I returned, tile was being laid, I asked if he removed the old tile and was told it wasn't necessary. They came back Tuesday and finished laying tile and when the foreman put the thresholds down it was not level at all. The new tile is thick. I'm not happy with that as it has become a tripping problem. I was told by the foreman to take a wet sponge and wipe the grouting powder the next day as it wasn't worth his while to drive all that way to do. So I had to do it myself with my bad knees. It took 4 months to obtain a receipt for the job.
