Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. My flooring is lifting and new stairs installed weren’t even nailed in properly, my husband nearly broke his hip on the stairs. I wish I could take it all back and never would’ve trust them."

They also did the electrical and installation of 5 ceiling fans throughout the house. All the work was beautifully completed, friendly and professional work crew. All work was completed in about 8 business days and cleaned up before they were finished. This crew takes the time and puts the extra effort in with attention to detail. "Brian's guys were great. I needed the length of the garage drywalled after a flood in the garage forced me to remove all the wet drywall. He put in mold/water resistant green drywall in less than a day. He was working several large jobs and I expected that he would make me wait, but he didn't. He fit me in almost right away, did the work on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work, and did a great job. He made me feel like my project was just as important as any huge job. I would hire him again for any other renovation at the house. Thanks Brian and Steve."

"East Penn did a wonderful job refinishing wide pine floors,some of which were warped from water damage. They controlled the dust from sanding very well. We had an electrical problem with a GFI outlet: although they did not cause the problem they spent several hours tracking it down and repairing it at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install or refinish wood floors."
