It went very well. They were efficient, very quick and cleaned up everything. The system has worked tremendously for the last two years.

As usual, Jim was courteous, prompt, and efficient. I say "as usual," because he's been our HVAC technician for many years. Two years ago he replaced the first floor HVAC system with an ultra-high efficiency condensing furnace / HVAC unit. I have recommended Jim to our neighbors and friends and in each case where I've done that, Newell HVAC has become their HVAC service company as well - testament not to my powers of recommendation, but to Newell HVAC's excellence.
