He did a thorough job of running a whole series of tests on my well water and advised that my water was hard. I decided upon his recommendation to install a softener. I also decided to install a new sediment filter, and pre-sediment spindown, as well as a carbon filter. Matt and Jason showed up on-time on the install day.
