Not only that he had the best quoted price as well and while this may not seem like a big deal there were a few factors that made this impressive. First he was coming from further away than any other company, a lot further, over an hour away. Next he quoted the job site unseen and found that a portion of the work he quoted was already done when he arrived onsite so after the lab test came back showing everything within acceptable ranges he surprised me with a refund for that portion of the job that he didn't have to perform."
