"The cost of the inspection at this address was $320 and a $15 coupon was applied, for a total of $305. The inspection was scheduled for 1:00 pm on 12/22/2017. The inspector arrived at 12:45 pm and started the inspection of the exterior. The inspection was completed at 2:15 pm. The home was small (1500 sf). Neither the agent nor the buyer came to the inspection. The total time spent on the inspection was 2.5 hours; 1.5 hours on-site and 1 hour off-site working on the report."
