Time is so short and precious to us all in our every day busy schedules. Let me help you find more time to spend with your family, friends, significant others and even your pets, by helping you clean your home or apartment. I will vacuum, dust, hardwood flooring, baseboards, bathrooms, and even window cleaning. I have 20 plus years experience and it used to be a mom and daughter team but my mother has retired now so I am solo for the time being. Alot of people say anyone can clean a house. They are correct. When you care about your customers and clean there house is what separates me from the rest.

Just one member, me. The lawn care services I provide are mowing (must provide mower) trimming, weeding, shoveling, and raking. I'm still in school so I'm only free after 4 o clock and on the weekends. (Must call ahead for weekends). You pay me based on how big the yard is and how much work was done.

Lawns questions, answered by experts

In the fall, you should aerate the soil, overseed the bare spots, kill weeds, mow the lawn low, and rake your leaves. By boosting your lawn’s health in the fall, your grass will be stronger throughout the winter and come back healthier in the spring. You should also trim your perennials so that they withstand the winter and are ready for new growth in the spring.

No, it's not a good idea to put grass seed directly on top of dead grass. For successful germination and growth, grass seed needs good soil contact. To prepare the area, start by removing the dead grass using a shovel or a sod cutter. Then, loosen the soil, add soil amendments if necessary, and spread the grass seed evenly. This allows the seed to come into direct contact with the soil, promoting better germination and establishing a healthier lawn.

Whether you’re putting down fresh seed or reseeding, there are a few things to keep in mind when seeding your lawn. Be sure to choose the correct seed for your climate, seed at the right time of year, and water two to three times a day for the first week. Generally, Dudley recommends seeding in spring and fall as it is usually cooler and rainier.

Experts typically recommend aerating your lawn about once per year, but your aeration frequency will depend on your soil type, lawn condition, and other factors. For instance, you should aerate annually if you have clay-heavy soil or frequent foot traffic in your backyard. However, if your soil is loose or sandy and you don't use your yard often, you can probably aerate every other year.

Experts recommend aerating a lawn at least once a year. If you haven’t aerated your lawn recently, or if it has a significant amount of thatch buildup, you may need to aerate it twice annually for a few years. Keeping up with a regular aeration schedule helps ensure the long-term health of your yard.
