He outlined an engineering solution to invasive moisture and foundation erosion by building a sub-terainian trench around the house and inserting high quality  plastic piping to sustain a continued drain-off of the moisture. The  solution by its very nature is labor intensive and I thought that the price of approximately $3500 was reasonable. I currently do not have this problem so awhile. If i had water in my basement, I don't think I would hesitate.

Mr. Kraycar removed all of the old fixtures, tile and flooring and ceiling fan from the bathroom.  He installed new proper wall board for the new shower walls and bathroom floor.  He redid some of the plumbing to align the plumbing with the new tub and the new sink.  He put in place all of the new fixtures - toilet, sink, towel bars, etc.  He installed the new ceiling fan and lights and primed and repainted the walls where appropriate. He tiled the walls where we decided and tiled the floor.

Mr. Kraycar was very cooperative with us.  My wife is ill and frequently is in the hospital.  Mr. Kraycar postponed starting our job several times so that my wife would be able to give her input.  One should understand that Mr. Kraycar works by himself and so does not work the long daily hours as most people would expect. But be patient and you will get a perfectly beautiful job expertly done.

The cost did not include the cost of the fixtures and tiles, but only labor.

"Paul went above and beyond with this job- literally. A very challenging, entryway with 10 foot ceilings and a two story staircase plus a ceiling that needed two coats of paint. He did it right and the results are beautiful!"

"The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."

"We made an appointment with Chris to give us an estimate on giving us a new kitchen.  We talked about a budget and he was able to provide ideas right away, time frames and explained how he does business.  He was with us every step of the way in picking everything out for the kitchen and even went to bat with the cabinet company when needed.  Every worker that entered our home was friendly, hard working and trustworthy.  Our boys were home for the summer and they were comfortable hanging out with everyone who worked in our home and even learned a thing or two.  Our kitchen is amazing!  Great cabinetry, beautiful tile floor and back splash design, lighting is perfect and the open concept is wonderful.  Minor issues happened along the way but Chris took care of them promptly.  We spend lots of time in our new kitchen. Couldn't be happier."

"Everything went well with the inspection, but there was no "tune-up" (whatever this was supposed to be). Employee was on time, as well as called 1/2 hour ahead to advise of his arrival time. He was courteous and professional. I certainly hope that my sump pumps continue to operate for several more years, but I would not hesitate to call this company if there is a problem.
