"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. I had 2 other estimates and his price was the most reasonable. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting. Ricardo showed up to take care of those issues himself. Ricardo was alway courteous and professional."

Peter also corrected my double wall oven installation mess left by another installer by creating the right sized platform and cutting the back wall of the cabinet little bit to properly route the wiring to allow for fitting the oven perfectly with no gaps."

"It went really well. They came in immediately and sealed off the basement from the rest of the house (There's no door to the basement)). They also set up very large and powerful hepa-air-cleaning units which they kept running through the whole job and in fact until the industrial hygienist returned for post-testing after the job was completed. The manager Mike assured me that the job would be done with the utmost effort and care and that's exactly what happened. The main workers, Marcello and Israel were terrific, meticulous, hard-working, reliable, responsive to any concerns I raised. I really couldn't have asked for any more. The post-test results showed Zero spores of the two bad molds with high readings in the pre-job testing. It's a really nice feeling when people come in and do the job just as they promised to."

"They did a wonderful job. I unfortunately don't remember the team of guys that they sent in. With the exception of two of them, they were from another country and so, they didn't speak a lot of English. One was kind of a translator of the guys who were working. They worked from 7 in the morning to 7 at the night, four different guys. They did a great job. We have not had any problems with the basement ever since. They did a wonderful job!
