Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. My flooring is lifting and new stairs installed weren’t even nailed in properly, my husband nearly broke his hip on the stairs. I wish I could take it all back and never would’ve trust them."

Doug added a mudroom off of our kitchen, did a complete remodel of our kitchen, opened and enlarged doorways, put in hardwood floors and updated 2 bathrooms. Project ran smoothly because he knew how to manage a project even in this time of supply chain issues. We had no "surprises" because the communication was excellent. When you are going to do a project that is this big, it is so important that you have a good relationship with your contractor. Glitches will happen along the way.
