"Gary Gordon was professional and super friendly! I purchased a house with a central vacuum which I did not know how to use or if the unit was in good condition. "After purchasing the 'deal', I waited about a week and then I had to contact the firm to schedule the visit.  He apologized for not contacting me as he was supposed to.
The electrician arrived on time. After discovering that a GFI receptacle was bad, they said installation of a new one was included in the labor, but the cost of a new receptacle and two single pole wall switches would be $75.  This is where they try to make their money - these three items at a Home Depot cost less than $25.  I declined.
