"Gary Gordon was professional and super friendly! I purchased a house with a central vacuum which I did not know how to use or if the unit was in good condition. Gary visited our home within 24 hours of speaking by phone! He inspected the unit and all hoses and parts. Gary also taught me how to use the system and all its attachments. "After purchasing the 'deal', I waited about a week and then I had to contact the firm to schedule the visit.  He apologized for not contacting me as he was supposed to.
The electrician arrived on time. After discovering that a GFI receptacle was bad, they said installation of a new one was included in the labor, but the cost of a new receptacle and two single pole wall switches would be $75.  This is where they try to make their money - these three items at a Home Depot cost less than $25.  I declined.
