Best water softener pros near Roaring Spring, PA

"The purchase process was excellent. We were shown the chemical issues with the existing water and a demo of the change using the new system. All was explained along the way and all questions answered. The installation was completed on the day scheduled and all install, function, and maintenance parameters were explained. Great follow-up. Now that the system has been working for several weeks, we have confirmed the benefits of that softened water in bathing, laundry, and dishes as well as having great tasting purified water."

"Our service was excellent. Our local plumber referred us to Central PA Soft Water and we're really glad they did. Matt was very helpful in explaining the product that they offer and the associated costs. He was very accommodating with our schedule, but didn't rush to get the install done. The system looks great and works great. I would absolutely recommend these company to anyone looking for a water softening system for their home."

"Worked with the associate from Altoona Soft Water named Mark. Was having issues with odor in the water. One phone call to Altoona Soft Water, Inc., and then talking to Mark on the problem and he came right out to my residence, assessed the situation and corrected the odor problem. He was a "God sent" as I had been dealing with another company and was getting no where. I would recommend Altoona Soft Water, Inc. if you are having water problems. Mark was so professional, you would have thought he was the owner, listening to the problem at hand, then explained in full detail the possible culprit and then solutions. He answered any related questions fully."

"Everything was done in one day. The new water softener does a better job and runs itself. The new Rinnai water heater takes up less space and is more energy efficient."

"It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
