"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "It was great !!
I was camping alone with my dog and horse and the temperature was well over 90 degrees. In the middle of the afternoon, out of no where, I smelled something burning and then my air conditioning stoppped working and made a terrible noise.  I was frantic !  After spending over an hour on the phone trying to locate someone that works on motor homes and campers and that would come to my camp, I finally reached Bowen's.  Mike Bowen promptly came to check my situation.  He quickly diagnosed my problem and got my air conditioner up and running well again.  Although the unit was working well, because the motor home is 13 years old, I asked him if he could replace my unit.  Mike ordered me the new unit and replaced it the next time I went to my camp.  I asked him to check other concerns I had with my motor home and found him to be very knowledgable with motor homes and campers.
Mike is very trustworthy, knowledgable, professional  and reliable.  I highly recommended him to eveyone in my campground.  I was so very fortunate to find him and will use him for all my repairs.

"My technician was very good but he was in a very big rush. He was originally very pleasant and performed well in not so nice conditions as my house air conditioner was not bringing cool air into the bathroom he was working in. It was uncomfortable in the bathroom so he might have wanted to escape the hot air. He did not screw the top of one of the fixtures well and I wanted the 2 fixtures to not be so tight when you turn them but he was in hurry so I said nothing. He took care of the problem like a Real Pro and I am thankful for him and Choice Home Warranty."
