Took several Tries and finally a new shower head resolved the problem. One of the biggest problems was a lek that caused a hold to develop in the kitchen ceiling. This fix took a long time because the contractor had other jobs to do before he could complete the fix. We also took the entire month off in March. The repair never got done until Friday the 11th of March. Had to call several times to get the repair done but itv seems good at this time."

After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and â weâ ll call you back in 10 minutesâ with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience.
