QUALITY GARDENS INC

We had hired a tree service company in the fall to cut down old tree and remove stump. Although they guaranteed the stump was removed, it was NOT. Cody and his helper (didn't get his name) were amazing! They worked for hours chopping out the stump. They were hard working, polite, professional, informative, friendly...I cannot say enough about these two young men. It is great to know that work ethic still exists. Would definitely recommend Quality Gardens

I found them on Angie's List. They do a fine job for us. We have been using them for a number of years. We have had landscape design and maintenance. I have a good working relationship with the owner of the company. We have been working on my place for about six or seven years. It has been a long term relationship. They are excellent and I will continue to use them.

We purchased some trees and shrubs here and also some mulch and top soil. They also have some unique seasonal and garden items we have not found anywhere else. The flowers are high quality and the selection is amazing. They have some of the highest quality plants and landscape products around.
The product quality is great. We had one tree that did not make it and they replaced it, no issues.
Also, there is a lot of integrity in how they measure their products. The owner filled my trailer up with mulch and only charged me for 2.5 yards, while another nearby place charged me for 4 yards and the trailer was not even as full as when Quality Gardens charged me for 2.5 yards. So, in other words, the value was amazing relative to other mulch providers. It was a couple more dollars per yard but I got a lot more and it was a finer shredded and higher quality product.
I bought top soil here too. It was screened and the quality was great. And, again, the trees and shrubs were a notch above what I could get at Lowe's. They were thicker, in better shape and had larger containers for the roots.
Overall this place has really grown on me. I used to think it was out of my price range. But after buying elsewhere and having things die with no warranty, or being overcharged for less quantity than I paid for - I have decided that Quality Gardens is my place. High quality products and people that are honest and stand behind their product. You get what you pay for, so give this place a shot!

We used them because we had been there before to buy flowers and things so we knew the quality of their plants so we went ahead and had them landscape for us. The man that came was both the salesperson and designer of the landscape. He always communicated well, always came out to check what his crews were doing, and would make sure they were doing everything right. He also helped us with some water problems; because we are on a slope, the streaks sloped toward the house. He helped us re-grade the front lawn so that we do not have problems of water; which was very good. He was very helpful in a lot of ways. He also made sure the drainage was possible; he was very good. It cost us a lot more than we anticipated but the work was excellent. We got a lot of bang for our buck. Most people will not give the estimate until they do the design and we have to pay for the design so we never knew what we were getting; it is difficult to hire a landscaper around here. They were very responsive and were always here when they said they would be. The only quarrel we had was the price but they priced it in three different phases for different parts of the garden so that if we wanted to space it out in terms of payment, we could do the front first, one of the sides next, and so forth; they were very good about being mindful of our needs eventually by partitioning out the pricing.

They were very professional .They were very prompt in getting back to us. The landscaper Mark drew up a plan to fix the front of our house and submitted a printed detailed plan and drawing of what he would do plus the cost. The front of our house needed a complete overhaul- it was overgrown with old growth, trees etc.The steps and side walk had sunk on the porch and we needed new foundation plantings. The work crew came out in less than a week and did a wonderful job. The quality of the new plants was excellent. The crew was hard working and very congenial. One little glitch was taken care of promptly and effectively. We were very pleased with the whole job and the new look we have.
