"EZ Construction did a beautiful lb on my new deck! The craftsmanship is stellar and my family is very pleased with it. The price was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. I will hire this company again in the future."

"Dan and his son are an absolute dream come true and no one in our family will ever hire somebody else. Are basement was completely unfinished, and in fact had a lot of our junk all over, and Dan was able to listen carefully to our ideas and thoughtfully make recommendations as to what would work best. The end result is honestly so much better than we ever imagined. Our kids now spend a lot of time in the basement playing games and making memories. We could not be happier with our decision to trust Dan, and in fact we miss seeing him like we did during the project! After finishing our basement, all of our friends asked who was able to do such a good job, and subsequently we've referred Dan and his son to our in-laws and also our good friends for major projects. Look no further, this is the team you are trying to find!"

"I had submitted a claim with premier but more importantly Matt Sparano who was extremely personable and friendly. He made the whole process extremely painless and even rendered his services to my parents home. His professionalism and the workmanship of the crew were exceptional. They had my old roof torn off and new shingles put on iij n under 8 hours......including clean up. An absolute wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting or needing a new roof."

"Mr. Ramsey is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us good advice on what type of flooring was appropriate for our project, the estimate was spot on with no additional added costs associated with his pricing. Removing the old carpet and tack board was part of the price. He completed the installation in one day and kept the work area confined to the rooms he was working in. The quality of his work is exceptional. We have hired him again for more renovation work in our home. We highly recommend him, without hesitation, for building and renovation work."

"Serge was great! First, he came out and gave us an estimate within a few days. We had several others provide estimates but we chose Cozy Home, and I am glad we did. His price was the best; we felt the others were really overpriced for the kind of job it was. He was very easy to work with, and quickly responsive to communication - a real bonus! Our porch looks great. We plan to hire him for our next project."

"The end result was a finished basement and that s about the only positive. We had poor communication and poor service. We never knew when someone would be showing up to do work or how long it would take. We were not consulted about some decisions made (like bathroom and light fixtures, etc.). When the wrong tile was installed on the bathroom floor, we were asked to take it up ourselves (instead of having someone come out to do it or deal with the aftermath the next day). The owner was hardly ever on-site to monitor progress and ensure everything was correct, especially at the end. It took weeks longer than expected. Our entire project was put on hold in the middle of everything while waiting for our preferred floor tiles to come in from Home Depot... all to find out later that they were available at the local store (which we discovered on our own and were then asked to call the store to verify). The quality of the final product was meh. The price was right, but we definitely don t feel like we got a good value for what we paid."

"This is the second time I've turned to Mark for help in getting a home loan. The reason I'm a repeat customer is that Mark is great. He always gets me the absolute best rate and is an honest, tell-it-like-it-is person - so very appreciated during the confusing and scary process of getting a mortgage.
I tend to run a little on the neurotic side, and Mark handled my constant badgering and near freak-outs with great finesse, providing just the right amount of hand-holding and straight-up advice. This time around, I bought my home through a private sale, meaning neither party used a realtor. So I needed even more attention and guidance. Mark not only did a great job with the mortgage, he also gave me invaluable advice on issues related to the sale but outside his scope, such as home inspection.
A big THANKS to Mark. I couldn't have done it without you and Judy!

"Arius is a life saver... literally. I had just purchased a new home and was having some renovations done. Simple as they may have seemed, it involved moving a door in the hallway a few feet. Had I not called Arius in for a review, the contractor I had hired (who was a great GC and very professional to deal with by the way) would have made a grave error which would have resulted in major structural integrity failure costing tens of thousands of dollars to repair. The Arius team was quick, responsive and one of the best experiences I had in dealing with contractors and engineers."

"We used Angie’s list to find a contractor to work on our main floor and second floor bathroom (and some other minor work). After several contractors visited our home and told us that they could not convert our main floor bathroom to a full (or quoted an excessive price for the work), we ultimately called CM Contracting after reviewing their ratings on Angie’s list and other sites. In our initial phone consultation, both the head contractor (Chris) and his son (Tyler, also a licensed contractor) were professional, prompt and timely with scheduling a visit. Within 48 hours, Chris and Tyler arrived to the home, accessed both bathrooms and discussed the scope of work required. Unlike other contractors who came up with a number on the spot, CM Contracting said they would research our building plans and get back to us with a number. After a week, we were contacted with a quote and request for a followup meeting. After meeting face to face to discuss the price, we agreed upon the work and a start date, and they acquired all permits needed for the scope of work. At the beginning of work, Tyler took incredible steps to ensure dust and debris would be clear from the main floor by taping paper down on the wood floors and vacuuming/sweeping at the end of the work day. Chris was in constant communication throughout the construction, regularly contacting us to give updates and discuss any minor change in the scope of work. He also did a great job managing his subcontractors, which resulted in a timely completion of the work. His electrician Ken did incredible work with wiring the bathroom and fans in the bedrooms. His plumber Don also did an incredible job removing a non-functioning water softener, plumbed two bathrooms, and installed additional control valves. Most importantly, everyone involved warrantied their work, which is a huge financial relief when choosing a contractor for your home. Overall, we were happy with the daily interactions we had with CM Contracting and their subcontractors and we are very happy with our experience."

"Working with Ben and his assistant Jeremy was great. From the start Ben had a lot of ideas on how to build our screened porch and deck. Ben communicated his ideas and concerns well with us. He arrived early everyday on time and kept the work area very orderly and cleaned up at the end of the day. The job was done within the time he estimated. We were so pleased with his work we also had him replace our gutters, soffits and install 2 external doors. This project was large and Ben handled it with great professionalism. We highly recommend Pond View Construction to anybody looking for value and quality construction."
