We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. They were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on all of the aspects of the project. Communication with them was easy, clear and accurate. "Shamrock Chimney provided an estimate for our Chimney to Pointed and also to insert a Liner. They quoted a fair price and I agreed to have the work done the same day. That day, I reviewed the work and felt more masonry work was still required. They came out the next day again, and they did additional repair work to Point the Chimney. Overall they did what I wanted at a fair price. My roof was affected during the work, but they helped cover the cost for repairs. Since my roof was brand new, this was required."

"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."
