I had golden oak stained trim and stairs, dated from the 80s, and they were able to paint my stairs black and white and really give it a modern look. They also did work on my ceiling, front door and dining room. For some projects I wasn't exactly sure on color or design but Derek provided helpful advice and was flexible throughout the process when I kept changing my mind. "We have used UCP before for the interior of our older home.  The exterior work went very well and we are quite satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of their painters. Also, we had just had new landscaping put in and they were very careful and respectful of the new plants.
 I read others say they had problems with scheduling and this was not our experience at all.  We asked them to accommodate some other work we were having done - 2 times and they were totally cooperative."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They sent the packet (template, and questions) and I filled it out, completed the template design the way it was instructed and then mailed it back in a postage paid envelope. Got it back and it fits perfectly and exactly what I needed! A couple spots were a little off but so glad to have it fit the detailed cut corners of the table. Also got the leaf pad bags and a bag for all the pads when not using at a discounted price. GREAT PRODUCT!"
