Bob was an excellent inspector. He checked out each and every feature of the building, both exterior and interior. Every step of the way he explained what he found, what was good about that feature or what needed to be improved. I was very impressed with his overall knowledge of home construction as well as local rules and regulations for plumbing, heating, electrical, etc.

Everything went exceptionally well. The inspection was very thorough and informative which allowed us to make our decisions on the house. The inspection notes were clear and concise which was nice for my wife and I so we could understand fully what each item was. Everything was very professional.

Bob was trustworthy, reliable and easy to work with. He took the time to explain each step of the inspection on our new home. He was very thorough in the review of the home so we felt confident with what we were buying. We would highly reccommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector!

Bob was fantastic to work with. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. This was really helpful as we were first-time homebuyers and not particularly handy, so we wanted to be sure we understood everything that would need to fix. We've lived in the house for 4 months now and feel that Bob addressed every "issue" and potential issue. In other words, we don't feel that he missed anything. We've recommended Bob to others and know they have had great experiences with him as well.

The inspector was onsite promptly at the appointment time. He greeted us at our vehicle and took time to walk us through his process and encouraged us to ask questions about anything or everything. He was extremely informative about the building codes and what he was looking for and what he found and wrote up on the inspection report. We learned a lot about about our house and have confidence in that our investment is being made in a safe and well built home. The inspection was completed on a Saturday at noon and we had the comprehensive report that evening with all of the details the inspector reviewed with us at the homesite. I would recommend this inspector and use him again for our next move.
