When decided on a company to do your windows at least always keep them in the mix of your consideration as they should always be on your top three list of companies - $, reputation, professionalism in text, emails, phone call and on site visists are important to me. I feel I paid a fair price."

"Hired Bucco's to do an emergency tarping when a tree fell on my house while waiting for insurance to approve a repair because they made a lot of promises that they'd be able to stop the water and get my roof "water tight". First off, they don't seem to understand what an emergency is because they took a week to first get out while it rained almost every day and I had water pouring through my roof. Once they finally got it on, it rained again the next and sure enough, water starts pouring through the roof again. I send them a text and they say "yeah, we'll send someone back out". Another week goes by while it rains every other day and they finally get out to adjust the tarp. Two days later, it rains again, and once again, water starts pouring through the roof into the house. Text them again, and they tell me "oh well, flat roofs are tricky" and then never come back out. Luckily another company was able to push me up on their schedule"

Once arranged (I caused the delays due to my schedule not Bryan), Bryan showed up at the scheduled time with the ordered fire door.
