Great product, fast install

They installed a seamless gutter replacing the old gutter with one seam which was leaking at the seam. I hired them because they gave the lowest quote and have good reviews online. But the new gutter they installed is leaking between the fascia and the gutter all along. I called customer service and opened a service ticket. A customer service representative called me after three days and sent a person to fix it after two weeks. He said he canâ t repair it as the fascia wood is rotten at some places and this gutter should not be installed without fixing the fascia board first. I have contacted the regional manager and installation manager and did not get any responsible answer and nothing happened so far. I feel like I have appointed an unprofessional contractor for this job which caused more damage than before. The job they have done is not worth even one star. Please do not waste your money and time, hiring them. I will wait for a week and if they fix the issue I will revise the review.

installed leaf guard protection and came out and did the job neatly and quickly - very courteous - explained what they were doing and why - checked all gutters for tightness against the house and made sure the downspouts were clean - great company to do business with - would highly recommend !

Time will tell but it seems like a good product.

They were highly professional. They asked question as issues came up. Cleaned up after themselves. My only suggestion is setting a direct time for the project.

I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. This company is honest, thorough, and management is committed to excellence.

A little pricier than expected, but got what I wanted for the price.

I have tried several different types of gutter guards on my 5 homes over 40 years. These are by far the best. They keep out the big leaves and the needles and the seeds. And they do not just pile up on top, eventually growing little trees. They wash off. Trees drop branches and pine cones but they have not damaged the gutter guards. Other guards do okay with big leaves, but needles and seeds get through. Ice and pine cones invert them or branches impale and dislodge them. If you are determined to keep your gutters clear and have mature trees above them you will end up with this system eventually. Cheaper and easier to do it the first time.

Top-notch company from top to bottom. Customer service is as promised, which is rare in this day-and-age. I checked out a lot of different designs before settling on this one. Aside from leaves, I have large pine trees on my property, with long and short needles that blow around all year. They just bounce off the gutter screens or blow off in the wind. I know I will love this in the Fall. Other systems will let the needles roll into the gutters when it rains, as I see it. One of the things I liked most about this company was their honesty. They never tried to "sell" me anything. And, if I needed them to tweak something after the installation they were right there for me. No gutter protection is perfect but this one is as close as it gets for my money.
