"I wrote a review before, but the installation was perfect. Personable, caring, and well aware of their surroundings. They were so kind and quiet with the job. I barely heard and power tools and they left leaving no mess! I would highly recommend it!"

"Did excellent outstanding work installed new electrical box installed 15 light fixtures 3 huge ceiling fans replaced light switch with all of the light fixtures also did required rewiring as needed. The foreman Justin very professional gave a very fare estimate in pricing. The three Electrian that actual did the hands on work are more than excellent in their trade. Also the foreman Justin and the three Electrian s (Justin, Ashton & Jarrod ) are veterans as well as a awesome gang of guys. I was pleased to have them in my home they made me feel very comfortable and fun to be with as they worked. Words are not enough to say how much they all cared not only about the job they did which in my words are the best every electrian s anyone could hire! "No job too big or small! Did a concrete patio over the summer and rebuilt a retaining wall. Had him back to replace an exhaust in the bathroom and level my basement. Hoping to have some kitchen work done in the near future. I would definitely recommend using them!"

Bathroom Fan Installation FAQs, answered by experts

Yes, a fan can help drywall mud dry faster by improving air circulation and reducing humidity in the room. Drywall mud dries through evaporation, so increasing airflow speeds up this process. However, you should position the fan to blow across the room rather than directly on the wet mud. This helps prevent drying too quickly, which can cause cracking. You should also use a dehumidifier if high humidity is an issue.

Wood stove fans are designed to operate quietly, emitting only a subtle hum from their motor. This low noise level ensures minimal disruption in your living space, allowing you to enjoy the warmth without distraction. The fan blades, which are engineered for efficient air circulation, contribute to the overall quiet operation. This makes wood stove fans a practical choice for maintaining a peaceful environment while effectively distributing heat throughout your room or home.

A small wobble isn’t worrisome, especially when you’re using your fan at top speed, but a significant one is. Ball joint fans, which are used on sloped ceilings, are more likely to wobble than a standard fan based on their design. But even then, you shouldn’t see significant wobbling, as this can be a sign of a bad installation.

While ceiling fans are built for regular use, running them continuously without breaks can lead to overheating and wear over time. If your fan has a thermal shutoff feature, it may stop running to protect the motor. To extend their lifespan, it’s best to turn fans off when they’re not needed.

While ceiling fans shouldn’t get loose over time, they still can—especially if they’re installed incorrectly. A wobbling or tilted ceiling fan can shift the screws out of place, causing it to loosen and become a fall risk. It’s important to tighten screws and balance blades as soon as you notice that they’re misaligned or uneven to prevent the ceiling fan from loosening further and becoming a hazard.
