They sealed the tile and grout afterwards to protect it longer term and help to keep it clean. The guys were super thorough, explained the process every step of the way and really got into all the nooks and crannies to deep clean. I can't believe how clean my carpeted staircase looks! They cleaned with a smaller handheld crevice steam cleaner that worked wonders. Highly recommended."
