Thye missed several issues including water leak and plumbing issues that they managed to have in their pictures but failed to document. They missed several basic electrical issues, things were paid for that were not done. If you choose this company and Matt Linderman is your inspector request a different inspector. When confronted about the horrible inspection that was done this company will hide behind ambiguous language and claim they follow all standards while completely screwing up the inspection resulting in costly repairs you'll end up paying for."

"It's a local family business- Lonnie and crew are awesome to work with, true professionals at a fair price, not cheapest, not the highest...I would say a great value. They installed, a new roof which included framing out a gable roof over a flat roof on the garage, new flashing around the two chimneys, new soffit, facia and solid gutters for slightly more $$ than what others quotes were just for soffits, facia and gutters. They walk you through the job and get it done in a timely manner. They are Owens Corning certified installers and installed the duration shingle which is guaranteed for life! "Plumber was hired to unclog main sewer, had to rent equipment because didn’t have his own, after leaving first day was doing laundry and running dishwasher and sewer was still backed up , called that night and plumber said would be back next day but once again didn’t have the right equipment to do job, thought problem was solved but 2 days later sewer backed up again, didn’t trust this person to do job again, it seemed like he was trying to ghost me on second occasion but I kept calling, wouldn’t answer, but I kept texting but like I said did not do anything to fix problem on 2nd visit"
