at the plumbing and told me the type of pluming I had was old. It had a trap and they had to go around it to fix the clog. They were professional explaining it. Got the job done in under an hour.
My call was returned first thing in the morning and a service tech was at my door within 40 minutes. He was courteous, professional, and prompt to get to work. He checked with me about pets in the home, so that they would not run out of the house while equipment was moved in, and about the best access to the basement to limit tracking in the upstairs. He was able to locate the problem and clear the clogged line, and then continued to work until he was satisfied that no back up blockage remained in the branch drains in the basement. He left the area clean and clear and nothing else in the basement was disturbed. He spoke with me to explain what he did, where the problem was, and gave me some tips to avoid a repeat of such a severe clog. I've had this service preformed twice over the years, and this was the best experience with a provider to date.
