Our prices are $125 per hour for 2 men or $75 per hour for 1 man. No sub contractors are used. Our hours are 9:30am to 5:30 pm mon thru fri we also provide emergency service for $175.00 per hour

"WORST customer service ever!!! Manager BRUCE & Owner ELLEN are rude, disrespectful, insulting & unprofessional, pool purchased (paid for) in 2020 for installation after April 2021, told to get site graded "so we don't hold up the installation", grading done mid-April 2021, still no MIKE, many many phone messages never returned, told at least six times he was coming but never showed, now mid-July, installation still not done, had to get site regraded & installed on our own w/ no help from pool company & no compensation for the aggravation they caused. They offered us chlorine in late June/early July. However we could not use it or didn't even have a pool to put it in. We just wanted our pool installed. Now that we have our pool up, with absolutely no help from King Cole, their words "the free chlorine offer is OFF the table." Their policy is we got your money, screw you! When I told Ellen that I would NEVER EVER recommend them, she told me "if they are anything like me,,,,,she doesn't want the referral" and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unethical."
