We had two extensive bathroom renovations done. They did a superior job. Mike Emanuel is an extremely nice guy, very professional and very knowledgeable. He is completely reliable and honest. Work was done with superior quality. Adam is an artist and perfectionist. He did fabulous work with doing marble work. We would recommend them enthusiastically and unconditionally.

The entire process went very smoothly. We are thrilled with our new bathroom. Mike and his team went above and beyond to insure that we would be happy with the finished product.

Mike and his team removed a shower stall and corner tub and replaced them with an amazing large shower. They worked with us to design the perfect shower, listening to our wishes and advising us on how to achieve the best result. The workmanship is excellent and the finished shower is absolutely beautiful. It was a pleasure to work with the team from Bathroom Solutions and we would not hesitate to call them again for future projects.

All phases of the jobs done sequentially went very well. Workers were very professional, courteous and craftsmanship was superb. Recommendations by owner , Mike, were significantly better than our own envisioned results and we are grateful for his extensive experience and his worker's attention to detail and tidiness. In fact, we like what they did so much that we decided to have the hall bath completely renovated after seeing how well and nice the tile shower install looked.

Their work was excellent and the outcome was show room beautiful! Their attention to detail was second to none, all of the workers were prompt and punctual and they left the jobsite clean every day.

We are very satisfied their professionalism work though it took a while until final finished.

Second time using bathroom solutions and everything went great. Redid the floors, walls, new paint, new fixtures. Everything turned out so well would hire them for a third time. We had some delays with the granite counter top installation but that was due to another vendor.

Mike and Adam did a top notch job. They were always there when they said they would be. Mike directed me to the best options for the job when we made suggestions. My wife and I, and especially our kids since it is now a rain shower, couldn't be any happier.

It went very well and I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely be using them again when I remodel my guest bathroom.

Mike did the work personally - both the initial visit to take measurements and the installation. He was thorough and professional, and his email estimate up front was right in line with the final price. There were a few challenges with scheduling, but they were minor issues. The door was the finishing touch on a very nice tile master shower enclosure in a newly-purchased home, and makes it look like a million bucks (plus it was just way too cold without the door). It's been more than a year since the install, and it still looks and functions great, which attests to the quality of his work.

When my family and I moved into a new house last fall, the only thing we really wanted to replace immediately was the shower door in the master bath. Although the bathroom had been updated, the shower door was a horrible bi-fold design that was annoying to open and close. After the door broke this spring, we finally contacted Mike at Bathroom Solutions to get an estimate and some suggestions. Mike came out to the house for a measurement and gave us a link to look at new doors with the provider he recommended. He was professional, courteous and easy to get in touch with. He personally did the work- he removed the old door frame and installed the new door (not bi-fold!). We couldn't be more pleased - the installation went smoothly and Mike was great to work with. We will not hesitate to use his company in the future and highly recommend him.

Mike responded to my call and came to give an estimate within several days.  After I accepted the offer, he schedueled me within 2 weeks.  He came at the time scheduled, with Brian, and started immediately  They left our home very clean EVERY day when they were done -- having used drop cloths through to the bathroom.Brian did a fantastic job with the paint and the installation. They even picked up the vanity and plumbing items that I had purchased on my own from the plumbing supply showroom.  Very accommodating with any concerns I had and VERY detailed.  Wonderful to work with.

It took frustratingly long to schedule an appointment (in a supposedly busy work time for them), but once it was scheduled things went very smoothly.  The Bathroom Solutions person arrived when promised, scoped out the job, went away to obtain the needed hardware, returned promptly, did the job, and cleaned up (mostly dust from drilling mounting holes).  A very professional job at a reasonable price.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. Completely remodeled a small bathroom in the Whitehall area. Estimate was fair. The staff was able to pick up our tile and other bathroom fixtures. Mike was always very responsive and very particular to all details. Mike and Adam had the bathroom completely demolished and a tub in toilet in by day 3. They took care to keep the rest of the house clean while they were working. Most importantly, there were no big surprises once work got underway.

When I called the guy, he called right back and showed up within an hour to do the work. The interaction was good. He was more thorough than I was expecting. We are actually going to be calling them again to do more plumbing work in the bathroom.

    My initial voice mail contact was promptly returned, and an appointment made for owner Michael Emanuele to come and look over the desired work.   He came when promised, and in his evaluation demonstrated excellent understanding of the key issues (like anchoring grabs bars into wall studs).   His cost estimate sounded very reasonable.  
    Mike did his estimate on Monday, and scheduled the work for that Friday (so that it would not get caught up in a larger job scheduled for soon afterward).   His person arrived Friday morning as promised, and did the job.   He was courteous and skilled.  As he prepared to do the work, he solicited and listened to our concerns.  He worked steadily, and was done in the time that he and Mike had estimated.  He cleaned up thoroughly after he was done.
   The shower runs better with a clear hose, the sink is caulked, and the grab bars definitely facilitate using the toilet and shower.

We had a bathroom in the basement which we never used since we bought the house 5 years ago. Michael did a great job with the bathroom, always punctual, very trustworthy. 
We will hire him to remodel our second floor bathroom and powder room in a few months.

My upstairs bathroom needed a complete overhaul as it had not been upgraded since 1950. I used Angie's List to get 3 quotes and new design ideas/suggestions for my bathroom.  I selected Bathroom Solutions to perform the work because of the owner, Mike Emanuele.  When Mike came over to give me an estimate on the bathroom, he stood high above the other 2 contractors. Mike was professional, friendly and extremely thorough.  I explained to Mike that I had never completely gutted and remodeled any room in my house, so this was a whole new experience for me.  From start to finish, I felt like Mike held my hand through the entire process.  Firstly, Mike was the only contractor that suggested ideas to improve the ventilation in the bathroom.  Mike was the only contractor to suggest product brands that were durable and best priced for quality.  At one point, I fell in love with a bathtub and sliding door combo on display at Home Depot.  Mike had never used the brand before so he could not advise me on it, so he took the initiative to call his suppliers to get feedback on the tub brand and model.  Turns out, that particular tub had lots of customer complaints and issues which helped me avoid what could have been a big mess.  I also had to stick within a budget for this bathroom project.  Mike gave me numerous suggestions on ways to save money without giving up quality.  One day, I even got an email from Mike with links to a few products that he came across for me to take a look at....this astonished me.  I've never received this kind of attention and service from any contractor.  I  told Mike that he could give other contractors pointers on customer service!  Then the project started on time and it progressed exactly as Mike had explained it would.  Mike's crew lead for my project was Brian.  I can't say enough about how professional, friendly and efficient Brian was!  I work from home, so I was here during most of the project.  Everyday, Brian kept me informed of the next steps and stopped his work to ask me my preferences on such details as baseboard styles and  moldings.  As the project progressed, I thought of a couple things that I wanted to add like built in closet shelves.  Brian said "no problem" and even gave me suggestions on how he could build them.  Throughout the project, Mike kept me informed as well; he and Brian worked in unison and never skipped a beat.  Overall, I can honestly say that Bathroom Solutions is the #1 best contractor that I've ever hired to do any work!
