We use this store a lot during the swim season. They are very knowledgeable about not only the chemicals, but also the equipment and how to fix things. They are not the cheapest store around, but what pool store is? I don't usually get my water tested because, wherever you go, not just here, they will have you buying hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals to put into the pool. The only problem is their hours. They are not open late, so if you need something after 5 on the weekend you are out of luck. Overall, I like this store and the knowledge of the employees.

/I don't understand this report. I never commented on valley pool. I have purchased many items at Valley and have been completely satisfied and the staff has been especially helpful. I never purchased a major purchase like a pool or spa and Valley has not done work at my location. I don't understand the confusion.
