The salesman David was superb and very patient.
Unfortunately, our experience in trying to schedule delivery at the central headquarters ruined
an otherwise ideal shopping experience. The scheduler contacted us and we asked a question about another date.
It took us almost a week before we were able to get through to scheduler again. We sent several message
that were never answered. Then The scheduler said he could accommodate us at 4 pm or after BUT then sent a message saying someone had to at the house from 230 to 430. If we had to reschedule he threatened us with another delivery charge. We finally agreed to 345pm but the delivery crew showed at 430 so I had to leave extra early for nothing. The delivery guy in charge was very nice and helpful though.
The Salesman for his part tried to intervene and we appreciated his help, but this appears to be a family run outfit and some relatives don't take their responsibilities seriously.
