About a year into my search I found Patrick and PGX. Unlike ALL the others big and small, Patrick operates his business like all business should be operated. I called, that call was answered. I requested a quote, he had an opening later in the week, and when that time came he showed up on time. A quote was provided, a date was set. That day came, Patrick and his crew were here right on time. The job was completed that day, A/C condenser was the task that no other outfit would touch. I purposely waited to ensure there were no problems. Halloween is next week, it was a hot summer. I had zero issues at all. One and done. PGX is a 5 star company. Patrick is a blessing.
