"We came home from an outing on a Sunday night and found our air conditioner not working. I found John Mullen on Angie's list and liked the reviews. I contacted John and he asked me about my schedule on Monday. He fit us in on Monday morning. I wasn't home but my wife was. She said that John was so nice that she assumed that he was a friend of mine. I told her that I never met him before. He fixed the air conditioner and I am relieved that it didn't cost us a ton and we avoided 85 degree heat with an air conditioner. I would use John again. He was dependable, came out with in 12 hours of being called, and my wife does not always comment on how nice someone is unless it is absolutely true.
