Extremely well. Adam seems relatively unknown, which is a real shame. I interviewed 5 contractors, most of them big recognizable names. Adam outshone them all, in courtesy, promptness, professionalism, knowledge of the business and overall skill in dealing with furnaces and AC. I had decided that Goodman brand was the one I wanted. They make Amana and that is what we went with. We got the high end electronic air filter and a new humidifier. The AC unit is also Goodman brand, 16 seer, but Adam figured that the high quality blower on the furnace unit made it likely a 20 seer cooler. We had to wait a few days for some weather to move out, and then Adam installed the AC unit on the one warmish day we had and the next day completed the furnace installation. No problems of any kind, just the opposite and we now luxuriate in the comfort of the furnace, and have high expectations for protection from the coming summer's extremes.
