Exley Consulting since 1994. Due to strong growth, he incorporated under the current name of Capstone Structural Engineering and Consulting P.C. in March of 2008. Demand for our services continues to expand, with over 900 projects completed in 2015 alone. We are registered in PA, OH, WV, NY, NJ, MD, IL, AL and NC We are also Better Business Bureau (BBB) approved and have an A+ rating with the BBB.
