George provided a comprehensive appraisal of the value of our home. We were able to use this information in order to successfully appeal an increase in our property taxes. George Hudanick performed a full home inspection/appraisal on short notice and provided a detailed written report with photo's. George conducted this inspection on short notice when the original appraiser I hired never showed up. I needed this for the new court ordered reassessment that increased the value of my home by $25,000.00, which it is not worth. I had an informal appeal scheduled within a week and a half and was frantic. George not only conducted the inspection and provided a detailed written report, but he also provided 5 other properties for comparison when only 3 were needed. George was timely, and extremely professional. He explained how the county came up with the new assessments and assured me hiring my own personal assessor would be w orth the money. He was correct as my assessment was changed to the figures he provided.
George is an outstanding appraiser and a really nice man. I would recommend him to anyone who needs or is considering a home appraisal. George saved me hundreds of dollars, and I will certainly use him again when I need another appraisal.
