"George came out to figure out and tell us if we had termites, carpenter ants, or wood rot on our deck. George met with my husband. He called to arrive early, and he arrived on time. He throughly inspected our deck. George was extremely knowledgeable about bugs, and explained that what we have is wood rot. George is sincere, honest, and straight forward.
