"All feedback is really important to us, so thank you for your comments. I enjoyed our conversation on the phone, I feel it enlightened both of us to the whole situation. As we discussed, our pricing is based on the amount of rooms that we clean. The amount of time to each room is very specific as well, ie a kitchen takes 45-50 minutes in order to perform the Maidpro system. If additional rooms are added, the time does increase. If we don't increase the time, then it is very difficult to do the full 49 point checklist. We did go over time with your first time clean, and you did give approval for the additional time, but Maidpro never charged you for the time. We did send the same cleaner all three cleans, but she had different team members. We do try to have the same cleaner every time. You did specifically want one of our cleaners but her schedule only allowed later afternoon arrival forcing us to send a team member with her. I do understand that you were not told this when you scheduled with her and we are sorry about that! We are always learning and growing. As I told you on the phone, we really want to be the best cleaning company around! Customer service is our keystone. As I stated before, I want to thank you for all of your feedback, and our great conversation. We all hope (Linda too!) that you give us another try."

This is a very professionally run business, which I could tell from my first telephone call to inquire about the service. The local office is very responsive and often makes unsolicited phone calls to make sure everything is going well. They provide a lengthy checklist at the end of each clean to show what they did that day. I have never been disappointed with a clean. They provide flexibility in tailoring your clean to your needs. For example, high traffic areas, kitchen and bathrooms can be done more frequently than other areas, which is a great option. They will also honor a request for a dedicated cleaning person if possible. I have had two wonderful dedicated cleaners, and I often arrive home to find some special little ?extra? item, such as my dishwasher has been run and unloaded or laundry I started that morning is completed. These are things that they do not have to do, and I find it so thoughtful.
