He was willing to fit me in to accommodate our immediate need to have several large rooms cleaned and deodorized for Thanksgiving. "This is a home we are renting and wanted to clean the carpet before we moved in fully. We had already moved some furniture in. Mr Ronnell and his team arrived on time. They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there.
