I just had my sofa, large rug, stairs, and upper hallway carpets cleaned and I am BLOWN AWAY with the results!! The Technician, Melvin was very professional, polite, and answered any questions I had. Most importantly, he got every stain out of the carpets! They look brand new! I may not let my family back into the house!! Ha! I am so thankful and will 100% be calling Thomas Cleaning again!

At this visit Steve, the technician, did a "walk through" to inspect the areas to be cleaned and to review any specific issues that we may have had. The technician Frank Cartagena, is very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Frank explains how the cleaning is done. What I could see watching Frank work, he was very thorough. The type of person he is you like him right away. It is my first time using Thomas Carpet Cleaners, I would without a doubt recommend this company. I am very pleased.

Neither carpet had been cleaned in years. One had a lot of stains on it and I really did not think it would be usable but gave it a try. I was amazed at how well it looked when it came back. The staff were professional,friendly and very knowledgeable about carpets. They explained the process and the carpets were delivered as promised on the date promised.I thought the price was very competitive

Wonderful job! From start to finish this company was pleasant to work with. Service provider arrived to clean the carpet after a quick text letting me know he was on his way, on time. Professional, speedy and polite. This is the second time I have used them for a filthy basement carpet and once again my carpet looks brand new. Im very pleased and would use them again.

Technician Khalil arrived what I was told. Khalil has performed fantastic work. We have rescued dog, who has marked multiple stain on a lot of area of carpets. Khalis has removed almost all of stains which I thought will be hard to get rid of. I have tried myself before, Khailis has down much professional jobs. Thank You! I will hire again and will recommend to others.
