Stubbs Scrubbs Carpet Cleaning

Mark was a professional, he cares about the job he does and he does a wonderful job. Cleaned carpets that had heavy stains it looks and smells great. Gave a free bottle of spot remover, a mat for a high traffic area and laid down paper to walk on. Will definitely hire again. Also Tammy who handled the call and came out with Mark was also a pleasure to work with.

I left carpet cleaning go to the last minute. I wanted them cleaned before moving my furniture in. Even though they were fully booked, they went out of their way to fit me in. They were very friendly, professional and did totally awesome work!

Arrived on time. Very good carpet cleaning. Did a great job. This is the 2nd time I had him clean my carpets. I am very satisfied with the job they did.

This was my first use of Angie's list. I contacted 2 companies to receive estimates ( Angelo's Cleaning Inc. and Stubbs Scrubbs). Both companies were prompt and efficient in providing estimates. I decided to go with Stubbs Scrubbs because they were the lowest estimate and also they had received positive reviews on Angie's list. From the time I contacted them until they finished the job, my experience was great!!
They contacted me to set up an appointment for the work, contacted me the day before to be sure everything was still on schedule.
The day of the scheduled work, they arrived on time, checked with me for anything they needed to know and proceeded to begin the job.
They were the utmost professionals. Our resident population is all elderly and Mark and his crew were always courteous and caring. If a resident needed to navigate the hallway while they were working, they made sure that they were careful if the carpet was still wet and there was machinery in the way. Mark even anticipated that the damp carpet could cause a slippery situation on the laundry floor and he put Caution Signs on all of the laundry doors (3 floors) to warm residents to be careful.
They performed all the work in the estimate... vacuuming first, shampooing and applying a protective coat to the carpet.
The carpet look good after they were finished.
I plan to use Stubbs Scrubbs again for future needs. I would also rate them A+ if I could!

.Mark is a very nice person.He and his assistant did a wonderful job. I get my carpets cleaned aprox. every 8 months. I will definitely use them again and I would reccomend him to other people.

He and his crew were lovely. They bring their own water and hooked the hose inside his truck. I have never had a carpet cleaner that brought his own water. He also takes the dirty water away, not just dump it all over your lawn. They're really nice people. He gives you little gifts like a mat or a bottle of stain remover. I love it, it's just great. His prices are better than anybody. I paid $85 the second time he came out that it was a lot of work. I already recommend him to two people. He is just a gentleman. He even introduced me to his wife. It was very respectful.

This company is extremely professional. They provided a free estimate/walk-through before the job. All prices were quoted up-front and were very reasonable. I received phone calls confirming our appointment; following up about their service, etc. The carpet they cleaned for us (aside from one bedroom) was a light color and I didn't think they would come up as nice and bright as they did. I would highly recommend Stubbs Scrubbs!!

I was in a time crunch....the new tenant wanted to move in early. Mr. Stubbs came the next day, on time, and took care of everything. He and his helper Steve were friendly, worked together, and rejuvenated the carpets beyond my expectation.



They spent quite a bit of time preparing the carpets by vacuuming, removing spot stains, cleaning all edges.



After deep-steam cleaning, they raked the carpet and set up giant fans.



I already thought the price was more than fair when Mr. Stubbs gave me two free gifts: booties and a bottle of carpet cleaner.



I have already told two friends about Stubbs Scrubs and I know one for sure plans to call him.



The carpets look like they did when they were new...they are 5 years old. My contractor was shocked when he saw them.

It went wonderful. I used Stubbs Scrubbs in the past, and was very happy with their services, professionalism and attention to detail. I also appreciated Mr. Stubbs fixing my vacumn cleaner (at no charge). Mr. Stubbs even showed me some easy techniques to use to clean stains on my carpet. Overall, Stubbs Scrubbs is my preferred carpet cleaning company and I refer them to my friends, co-workers and even ladies in the nail salon.

They cleaned my carpet AND STEPS entirely and even got out some stians I didn't think would come out. The owner even gave me some helpful information on maintaining my carpet - to looking and feeling fresh until the next time I get the carpets cleaned..... YES I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I highly recommend Stubbs Scrubbs to clean your carpet. They are different than the big chain companies - in where they don't rush to get to the next customer!
