We had a first-rate experience with this business. Cris responded immediately after my post on Angie’s List for carpet cleaners. There were several things that stood out with this company. He was willing to fit me in to accommodate our immediate need to have several large rooms cleaned and deodorized for Thanksgiving. I truly was expecting to hear that it would have to be closer to Christmas. I reached out on a Thursday and today, Saturday. Chris arrived at the scheduled time after texting me to confirm. He was professional, personable, and very kind. My rugs look so beautiful that they actually do look new!As a matter of fact since they looked so great, Chris offered to do a few more of the rugs to pull it all together for the holidays. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris and our experience with his company. Pricing was beyond reasonable. If you’re tired of the big companies coming in and doing a so-so job, hire Chris Benson while you support small businesses.

I was extremely pleased and happy with the excellent work done by Cris! The colors were much brighter on my Orientals and the beige wall-to-wall carpeting looked brand new! He gave me a thorough explanation of the cleaning process and how he was able to remove all unsightly stains. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Cris!

Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning Service
I purchased a couch second hand without knowledge of its true condition and it was filthy….. I expressed my concerns to Cris and he did an outstanding job! I am honestly speechless. It was great. I have a home with two large dogs, and my carpets were filthy Cris the young man who came to clean my carpets did a wonderful job. He was kind courteous and would not leave until my carpets or sparkling clean. I highly recommend him.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning 365 went above and beyond to clean a very dirty sofa. I actually thought the appearance could not be restored, but just wanted to have it clean for sanitary reasons. However, the sofa now looks great! Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning 365 got out stains that other services providers have not been able to remove. Thank you!

Amazing work was done on my carpet it looks brand new, to be honest I wanted to just buy a new carpet but I was referred to this company an the guy Chris came out and worked wonders which turned my 6 year old carpet into a brand new one!!! I got my carpets cleaned by Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning 365 and they look new again..he is an exceptional serviceman he arrived on time and had communicated to inform me 15 mins before arriving. Very courteous and detailed job my carpets looking fantastic and my boys are pleased with the look and fresh smell. I will definitely contact this company again. Very satisfied customer!!!
