We do everything under the sun except carpet and roofing. Full service, fully insured maintenance and remodeling company owned locally since 2005. We have HVAC certification, as well as backflow preventive tester cert, lead RRP cert and gas line cert. Hourly rates are 55.00 per man hour for general labor and repair, 75.00 per man hour for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Regular hours are M-F 8-4:30 but we are available for emergency calls and can make time outside our normal schedule when needed.

If you’re struggling to find anything else suitable in your cupboards, a vinegar and water ice melt makes for a passable quick fix.
