They were great. They know how identify the right tree.

I contacted Ron 48 hours after our spraying to let him know it was ineffective. I had company over to enjoy our pool and yard and we were all bit like crazy. Ron told me our mosquitoes must be immune to the spray they used and offered me a different spray. When I researched the spray he wanted to use I learned it can kill birds and bees and I do not want that. So I declined that solution. I still received a bill for $168 for one spraying. I think that is so unprofessional and his prices are almost double his competitors. I thought it was because he had a superior product as he made me believe. It didn’t work at all. I will never use his services again and definitely would not recommend him to anyone else. He was annoyed that I felt he’s wrong to charge us. I will pay the bill but I hope his money is worth his poor review. That’s not how I do business with people. Very unfortunate.

Excellent. Ron was very professional, punctual, and good following up. I've used him twice since then. Highly recommend.

Well, we had a miscommunication. I really wanted the whole branch taken down, which would have required some heavier equipment. But he thinned the branch to reduce the weight, and I didn't try to argue with him, since I felt that he did what his bid stated. My fault. But I was very impressed with his workmen and he stayed on the job the whole time. They did an awesome job thinning out my Kwanza cherry where the previous arborist only TOPPED it! So he knows what he's doing.

He was extremely knowledgeable.

Ron was not the cheapest quote but he was willing to negotiate and honor his price after a season of snow and cold. We had agreed to the price right before the snow fell and months later after a handshake agreement he was willing to extend this price even after the busy season had started. He came over and ground the stump well below the ground line. He pulverized it to just powder. The work was very clean and he left no trace of even being there. He took away all of the roots that I had pulled up as well. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. It was very much appreciated.

It went very well, he did the work I specified and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Tree Believers.

I have been using them for years. They are the best. They really care about your trees and your property. He is the one for you. It is not just a tree company. It's somebody who really takes each tree and each shrub and what you desire like how you care about your landscaping into account.

He has a very green attitude, so he doesn't use anything toxic on our lawn. He seems very knowledgeable. We were told about him by our neighbor.

I called in Tree Believers to assess the health of two trees on a property I just bought. Ron Strauss came in and gave his opinion in a very professional manner. He said one was completely healthy, while the other one might present problems in the future. He gave a clear explanation of his concerns about that tree. I ultimately decided to have them cut down that tree, which they did in their usual professional manner. They also ground the stump and put topsoil on top. When I requested ideas for the new tree, Ron provided several suggestions, even letting me tag along on a visit to a wholesale nursery to look at specimens. I did intend to replace the tree this past year (but got sidetracked unfortunately with other projects) but I will definitely call Tree Believers to plant a new tree for me next spring. I will also call them with any other "tree issues" I come across, if any. You can tell that Ron really loves his trees!

The owner was very professional and personable. The crew did a great job and left absolutely no mess.

I pay yearly and if a tree has to be moved or trimmed than it's a la cart. The owner is very personable. They are reasonably priced and you can trust them. He is a great guy and so is his crew.

High winds knocked down two of our trees, sending them through the fence and into the neighbors yard. We called Tree Believers. They came the same day to give us an estimate. And they were there the very next morning to do the work.

THIS IS A RELIABLE COMPANY. I HAVE NO INSECTS OR PROBLEMS WITH THE TREES AND SHRUBS IN THE YARD. THE SERVICE IS DONE ON TIME AND THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE CARE OF THE PLANTS.
