Then following the install we had to have them return because the screen for the door wasn't aligned correctly. Aggravating, but not the end of the world. Now just a few months later the door is making a loud clicking sound just before it closes. It's louder than the ancient metal-framed door we replaced. We scheduled service for earlier this week and they never showed. We called that evening and didn't receive a call back until three days later. During that call there was no apology and no explanation provided until I asked why they never showed. The excuse this time was a new scheduling system. Because I wasn't available at a time that was convenient for them, we're stuck waiting another two weeks to have someone look at it. Very disappointing."

"DO NOT USE IRON DOG PLUMBING!!! I tasked them with a simple toilet repair for which Iron Dog Plumbing charged me $621. Less than a month later, the toilet they repaired was leaking again. I also asked Iron Dog Plumbing to investigate a potential ceiling leak. They removed a few square feet of ceiling drywall, found no leak, and charged me another $621. I'm out nearly $1,300 for their shoddy work. Please do yourself a favor and avoid using them."
