"Great design for my new home. Took slightly longer than anticipated, but it wasn't their fault since the home was built during a very harsh winter. Guess I can't blame them for the bad weather. The quality of construction was excellent! Especially my beautifully designed kitchen..I just love it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to build a new home."

It also seemed like we talked more about financing (they do internal financing) then we did about the actual addition. I like Toms system of charging by the hour ( $45 per man) rather than an over inflated number guaranteed to protect the contractor. He did not mark up the materials either. He and his crew (which included his son who ran the project) worked diligently, they were punctual and professional. The completed job was a work of art. Tom communicated daily and was always available to answer any questions. From the time I first met Tom I was impressed by his sincerity, knowledge and honesty. "Jeff and his crew built an addition for our home in Sunrise Lakes. He was well priced and was here most everyday to inspect his crew's work. He always asked for our input and made every effort to address our concerns. The professional people that work for Jeff are courteous and always on time to begin the day. They work hard to keep your daily living style as undisturbed as possible while they are performing major construction projects in your home. We used Jeff 2 more times; once for wood floor installations and also a bathroom remodeling. Both of these projects went very smoothly. The wood floor installation did take a little more time than desired but only because his carpenter was very careful in installing to perfection."

"Prompt communication, accurate estimate and schedule, job well done! This was a smooth process with great communication and attention to detail the whole way through. Kevin came out quickly with his drywall pro to give an estimate, provided a detailed estimate, and was able to adjust the schedule to add in some electrical work that we wanted. They started the job on time and completed it in the window we scheduled. There was a very minor detail that needed looking into after the job was complete and they handled it perfectly the next day. The quality of the work was great -- they tore down and replaced a ceiling. We've worked with other contractors and handyman services for small and big jobs and this company is one we'd definitely work with again (which we can't say about others)."
