Although they could not do the work for wiring my whole office that day, they did come to give me a quote and to make sure that I had at least some sort of internet access. I cannot conduct business without internet. I thought that was so incredibly thoughtful and amazing of them. They did the work 2 days later and did a wonderful job. All I’m told now is they can come out for a service call which is $212 plus whatever the issue is. This was a miscommunication error on Mr. Electrics side. I informed the tech about the problem and there was no testing on the wall afterwards. Very disappointed."
